Purchases are handled by Apple. To manage, cancel or refund: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or use Apple’s “Report a Problem” page for refunds.
Checks & analysis issues
Analysis failed or a check was consumed without a result? Tell us the approximate time it happened and the video length — we’ll look into it and make it right.
Account & data
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app under Profile → Settings. Prefer email? Send us a deletion request and we’ll take care of it.

Reelio is built for creators, with creators. If something would make your workflow better, we genuinely want to hear it.
When emailing about a problem, include your iOS version and roughly when it happened — it helps us fix things faster. Please don’t include passwords or payment details.
