Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reelio iOS application and this website (together, the “Service”), operated by Omar Ashour, Rügländer Straße 6, 91522 Ansbach, Germany (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What Reelio is

Reelio is an AI coaching tool for short-form video creators. You upload a video draft; the Service analyzes it and returns a score, verdict, suggested fixes, captions, hook rewrites and related AI-generated content. Reelio does not connect to, or post on, any social media account.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under it.
  • Guest usage is limited and tied to your device; guest data may be lost if you don’t create an account.

3. Checks, subscriptions and payments

  • A “check” is one full AI analysis of one video. Free accounts receive a limited number of checks; Reelio Pro includes a monthly check allowance; additional check packs can be purchased as one-time consumables.
  • All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by region.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. Unused checks have no cash value, are non-transferable, and unused monthly Pro checks do not roll over.
  • We may change prices or the check allowance prospectively; changes never apply retroactively to a period you already paid for.

4. Your content

  • You keep all rights to the videos you upload.
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit and process your videos solely to provide the Service (including processing by our AI providers), for as long as you keep them in your account.
  • You confirm you have the necessary rights to any video you upload, including music, footage and appearances of other people.
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or depicts minors inappropriately. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this.

5. AI-generated feedback — no guarantees

Scores, fixes, captions, covers and playbooks are generated by artificial intelligence. They are opinions of a model, not promises. We do not guarantee that following Reelio’s feedback will increase views, engagement, followers or revenue, and we are not responsible for how platforms rank or distribute your content. AI output can be inaccurate — use your own judgment before relying on it.

6. Fair use

You must not abuse the Service: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated bulk analysis, reselling of checks, circumventing quotas or free-tier limits, or using the Service to build a competing dataset. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that do.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Reelio available but provide the Service “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. AI analysis depends on third-party providers and may occasionally be slow or unavailable; if a check is consumed by a failed analysis, contact support and we will restore it.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded. Statutory liability under mandatory law (e.g. product liability) remains unaffected.

9. Termination

You can stop using Reelio and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. liability, your content warranties) survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
